Booking Food Menu and No. of Persons with timings should be finalise before 7 days of the event / function date. Payment 10 % Cash (Non Refundeble) Advance along with confirm order, 50% before 7 days of event date and balance 40 % within 02 days after event date. Our Rates are given as per your selection of menu and no. of persons only, if any variation in no. of person will be charged extra as per applicable. Any Cancellation of function at the time of last moment (12 hrs.) or at the time of function will be charged 100 % Payment by customer side only. Rate We are giving options as per follows. Per Person as per your selected Menu Whole Package / Complete Order for event with / without other facilities & services Parcel Service for event / function Our Charges are applicable as per your pre decided total order - We are not responsible for any cancellation or less attendence of person in function Note : Please contact us for more details regarding other facilities and services. Other Charges Our Rates / Charges are depends on your selection of Venue, Venue Place, Other Facilities & Services, Timings & Time period, Booking Time, Availability of Venue Place before function, No. of Persons etc. Any Damages or any extra charges due to mis-management or mis-conduct by customer side at venue place will be charged extra as per applicable and it will be not negotiable Taxes All types of government and other taxes are not included in our rates. It will be charged extra as per applicable and payable by client only. Validity Our Rates are Validated for particular event only. Rules & Regulations Any Government and Non Government Rules (GEB, Vadodara Municipal Corp., Authority of Private Plots, Common Plots, Atithi Gruh, etc.) will be followed by customer side only. We are not taking any responsibility for any mis conduct or any legal matter with them. Legal Matter Any Legal Matter will be subject to Baroda Juridiction only.
